Registered Behavior Technicians
ABS Kids will pay you to train to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment, primarily in homes or in one of our ABA therapy centers. You’ll implement daily intervention plans for clients, collect relevant data agreed on by the treatment team, support caregivers and teachers, and collaborate with analysts on behavior support plans and skill acquisition targets.

Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll supervise the ABA process, help train RBTs, and work at the top of the ABA field. You can even earn your master’s degree in ABA through our university partnerships. ABS Kids helps with tuition assistance and free supervision hours, full-time salaried positions, a full complement of benefits, and competitve compensation.

Support Team
As an ABS Kids support team member, you’ll make ABA therapy possible for the children and families we serve, working behind the scenes. You’ll help create stellar experiences for ABS Kids providers so they can focus on what they do best — delivering the highest-quality client care. Psychologists
Psychology team members make a difference every day. You'll positively impact the lives of children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Post-Doctoral Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Psychological Associate at ABS Kids, you'll support the evaluation and diagnosis of children on the first step of their treatment journey.
